What Does your Free Package Include?
Our free package is open to anyone. You can post as many listings as you would like under this package. The options that you receive with this package include: Your Name, Email Address, Property Title, Property Address, City, Zip Code, Description, Number of Bedrooms, Number of Bathrooms and One Image.

How Long Do The Free Listings Stay on the Site?
The free listings stay on the website for 7 days. After the 7 days is up, the property falls off of the site and you have to re-enter the property if needed.

What Does Your Premium Package Include?
Our Premium Package is for anyone who would like to sign up for an account to manage their properties on our system. When you sign up for an account, you only have to enter your properties into the system once! After they are stored, you have the ability to make them active or inactive. The options for your properties increase to detailed options in the premium package.
* From April 2008 -June 2008 our Premium Package is FREE!

How Long Do the Premium Listings Stay on the Site?
The free listings stay on the website for 30 days. After the 30 days is up, the property defaults to inactive.

How Are the Properties Ranked in the Search?
Our properties are ordered by bedroom number and then first by people who have the Premium Package and then the people who have the Free Package second. When you enter a new property, your property does not go to the top of the list, it gets mixed in with the other properties and ordered by the items previously listed. This ensures that our Premium Package holders will appear first in the list at all times.
