Livermore
This ranching community and its occupants enjoy a peaceful lifestyle in a sprawling, beautiful valley near the north-central town of La Porte. Livermore was named for two mineral prospectors who first built a one-room cabin on the site. Later English remittance men relocated to the area and residents opened a young boys ranching school in Livermore. However the community's most famous historical structure is The Forks Hotel and Cafe.

Severance
The idyllic Town of Severance is tucked away in northern Weld County Colorado midway between Greeley and Fort Collins, just far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle of the larger cities without losing its small-town feel. This rural-rooted community of approximately 2,500 residents serves as a gateway to the larger surrounding communities. The population of Severance has increased nearly 500% since the 1990's.

Timnath
Timnath was established in 1882 as a busy hub of fur trading and farming. Its location on the Cache la Poudre River initially attracted people to the fertile land, and over time its proximity to larger communities – Fort Collins to the west, Windsor to the south, and Loveland and Greeley nearby – brought in residents who wanted to get away, but not too far away. Only three years ago, Timnath was the size of a small neighborhood, with a quaint Main Street and a population of 230. Now Timnath has become a model of progressive living in Northern Colorado.

Wellington
Situated at the northern tip of Colorado's front range. The Northern Gateway to Colorado is situated in the heart of Boxelder Valley. The town was established in 1905. Wellington sits at the intersection of Interstate 25 and Colorado Highway 1 in the northeast corner of Larimer County, Colorado, at an elevation of 5,201 feet. Twenty-six miles north is Cheyenne, Wyoming. Ten miles south is Fort Collins. Denver is only 60 miles south down I-25. The majestic Rocky Mountains provide a beautiful backdrop to the West. Windsor
he Town of Windsor operates public parks and recreation facilities and programs for the recreation enthusiast. The Town oversees 10 parks, developed and undeveloped, totaling 116 acres; outdoor swimming pool; and two outdoor in-line hockey rinks.
