The Rental Hot Spot was founded in 2008. We are located in Fort Collins, Colorado. The company started as a new way for people to list their rentals. After working with numerous sites to upload rentals we thought that there has to be an easier way. The Rental Hot Spot allows you to manage all of your properties and store them in our system with ease. Instead of having to re-enter your properties on a monthly basis, you can simply click and make the property that you have stored in our system, active or inactive. Remember, there is no charge to store your properties. We only charge on your properties that are currently active.

But don't forget about our Free Package as well. If you do not have properties that you list often, our basic, no charge package would be pefect for you!
